Chemical composition of coating:

Copper=88~91% Zinc=Remainder

The Thickness of Brass 90 Sheet for each side should

be 3 to 4% of the thickness of the flat steel.

Base metal:

Hot rolled flat steel.

Technical requirement.

Base metal composition:

Carbon < 0.11%, Mn=0.30-0.55%, Al=0.02-0.08%

Si=Not more than 0.06%, Cr=Not more than 0.15%

Cu= Not more than 0.20%, Ni=Not more than 0.30%

S= Not more than 0.04%, P= Not more than 0.035%

Total Sulfur + Phosphorous= Not more than 0.07%

Mechanical Properties:

Ultimate Tensile Strength (U T S) = 27~ 37 Kg/mm2
